Did you know, that I actually hate the Summer?

You’re thinking “Whooooaaa” but Agatha, YOU are a summer solstice baby. You love sun, you love growth, blooming flowers….so why this statement?

Bc of the expectation that this season will always deliver those things to you, when in reality its hot (and humid) depending on where you are, everyone is traveling and you can never get calendars to align (i’m not bitter or anything). I do love Sun, but guess what too much sun is sometimes a bad thing (yes I did get a sunburn last week), I do love growing season… but there are also growth opportunities year round (both plants and yourself). I am making this clear bc I actually tend to take a different approach to summer… instead of yoloing, I spend it carefully planning and trying to hit end of goals early. I incubate and work on myself when people tend to enjoy… don’t get me wrong I enjoy by fair share of long nights and beaches…. but you know what, I can get that year round too. So why the reflection? It’s my way of saying…..new things are coming. Changes, big and small…. stay tuned. We’re going to have fun, we’re going to do new things, we’re going to get out of our comfort zone and GROW.

Honest Truth: I actually went thru a break up on my birthday this year…. I know. I KNOW.
